Boston

Here are the details for the second annual Boston Molyjam. This year, our space is sponsored by the MIT Game Lab!

Hours

July 5: 6pm-Midnight
July 6: 9:30am-Midnight
July 7: 9:30am-6pm

On Friday evening, we'll get together around 6pm, allow people to show up, meet each other and kick off the Jam at 7pm!

We kick everyone out by midnight to ensure everyone is getting some sleep! :)

On Sunday, jammers must finish by 5pm, we'll do team presentations, give some time to play each others games, and then run off to the closest bar to grab a drink!

In order to participate, you must sign up on the Eventbrite page. People who are not on that list will not be allowed to enter the building, or remain on premises.

By attending, you agree and will conform to the MIT Game Labs' Anti-Harassment policy: http://gamelab.mit.edu/harassment-policy/

Equipment

Jammers will be given power outlets, and WIFI. A hub will be provided for a hard connection, but you must bring an ethernet cord if you require this. (Consider bringing a 10-20ft+ one, just in case.)

No other hardware will be provided, so please bring your own laptop!

While the internet is generally stable, we'd suggest you have all your technology updated and ready to go prior to arriving.

Food / Drinks

Alcohol is not permitted. We will organize group food orders throughout the weekend, but everyone is responsible for their own food.

Transportation

Our location is accessible by the Kendall Square T stop, and a short walk.

Metered street parking and parking lots are available in the area as well, details on local lots here: http://web.mit.edu/facilities/transportation/parking/visitors/public_parking.html
